Getting in
- The entrance is step-free from the car park, and parking is free on site.
- Reception is open for check-in from 15:00 until midnight.
The Accessible Twin Room
Book the Accessible Twin Room if you need a step-free, adapted room. It is:
- on the ground floor, and the closest room to reception
- fitted with two single beds
Its shower room has:
- grab rails
- a walk-in shower
- a raised toilet
- an emergency pull cord
The bedroom door is a standard width. The shower room is reached through a large sliding door.
What we can confirm today
- Assistance dogs are always welcome, free of charge. You do not need permission, though telling us in advance helps us prepare the room.
- Parking — Free on site
- Check-in — From 15:00 until midnight. Tell us your arrival time and we will have someone ready to meet you.
What this building cannot do
A plain answer is more use to you than a hopeful one:
| Doorways | Bedroom doors are a standard width, which may be too narrow for some wheelchairs. Please call us to check before you book. |
| Shower seat | We cannot confirm a shower seat. Please ask us if you need one. |
| Hearing and vision | There are no visual or vibrating fire alarms, and no hearing loop at reception. The Accessible Twin Room is the room closest to reception. |
If any of this rules us out for you, please tell us before you book rather than after. We would rather lose the booking than have you arrive at a building you cannot use.
